| How much do they videos cost ? |
NO HIDDEN FEES. NO SUPRISES. The cost is $100 per video. Our agreement with your funeral home allows you to make as many copies as you like. This is a great way to offset your cost and to create extra revenue for your funeral home. It only takes a few minutes to make copies. Some video companies keep their price a secret until you contact them, others have hidden fees, etc. We believe in being up front with our customers. |

| What is the turn around time? |
| 12 Hours from the time we receive the order. Example: Order by 9:00 P.M. and your video will be ready to download when you get to the office the next morning. |

| What about weekends, holidays, etc.? |
We provide videos every day of the year including weekends, holidays, etc. There is no extra charge. |

| Is the music licensed? |
| Yes, all of our music has been licensed for use with Memorial Videos. |

| Is this a true DVD or a slideshow? |
| Memorial Videos are true DVD productions complete with moving photos, special music, and beatufiul video scenery specially designed to reflect on the life of the loved one being honored. |

| What about copies? |
| Our agreement with your funeral home allows you to make unlimited copies. This allows you to create extra revenue for your funeral home by providing copies for family and friends. |

| How many photos can be in the video. |
| We offer a 6 minute tribute with 20 photographs or a 9 minute tribute with 30 photographs. The tributes include photographs, music, video scenery & other special touches. |

| Does scanning the photos take a long time? |
| No, we show our customers how to scan in batches. This will allow you to scan 4-6 photos at one time which makes the scanning process go very quickly. |

| Can the videos be shown on my website? |
| Yes, if we host your website. If you would like more information about a website for your funeral home or a website makeover, please contact us. |

| Can the videos be played on a widescreen? |
| Yes, Memorial Videos can be made for either traditional televisions or the popular new widescreen format. |
